SPKAs Annual General Assembly

    SPKA's Annual General Assembly (AGM) on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
     
    A jam will be held at the new Parkour Expo parkour park from 10:00 to 14:00. You are welcome to join the jam with your team, regardless of whether you attend the AGM. During the jam, there will be a short "Youth + Sports-like" workshop to showcase what to expect at a Youth + Sports course.
    The AGM will start at 14:00. The formal part of the AGM will last about 2 hours. At the end of the AGM, we will hold a short workshop on how to get sponsorship/funding from local government and sports administration.
    RSVP:
    All members of SPKA are invited to attend the AGM. Members wishing to attend must inform us by December 8 by sending an email to info@spka.ch with the following details:
    • As an individual member, please include your full name.
    • If you are representing an organization, please include the name of the organization, your full name, and whether you will be the person voting on behalf of your organization. Please note that there is no limit on how many members of your organization can participate in the AGM, but only one person is allowed to vote on behalf of your organization.
    • In both cases, please indicate whether you will be participating in the AGM online or onsite. If you decide to join online, you will receive a Teams invitation before the meeting.
